Hello!

Let me tell you a little bit about myself

I first qualified as a Personal Trainer before completing my Yoga Teacher Training. For me, the two go hand in hand and I believe my practice both in the gym and on the mat reflect this. A solid mix of strength and softness, ease of movement through connection to the breath.

I have a real passion for anatomy and the human body, questioning feel and sensation through varied movement. Each body is individual and unique and I believe inclusion at every level is essential. Movements can be adapted, adjusted and moulded to you.

I have worked in a corporate environment for over 15 years and understand the strain a workplace can impose on the body and the mind. Let me guide you where you need me

Corporate Group Yoga Classes

Health and Wellbeing within the workplace is incredibly important, now more than ever. We continue to work longer hours whilst still trying to obtain a positive work/life balance.

Don’t let a global pandemic get in the way of workplace health and wellbeing, group classes can be arranged, hassle free, via Zoom.

 

Guided Meditation

Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice of deep relaxation, with its aim to take practitioners into a 'yogic sleep' helping eliminate stress, calm active minds, and aid anxiety and depression, creating much needed space to turn your focus inwards.

We can take time to meditate at the end of any session you take with me or we can focus an entire session, just let me know what you need.

Private Yoga Sessions

Are you a keen Yogi or a complete beginner and want to take your practice further? Would you like to work on specific asanas, breakdown and analyse movements? Or Maybe you just want the stability a one on one session can provide, let’s make it work for you.

 

Personal Training

Yoga not your thing? But movement and development in strength and mobility is? Then let’s get physical.

Having someone there to help keep you on track, understand specific areas you need to train to obtain your goals, whatever they may be can be hugely rewarding and empowering.
