Philosophy

I am passionate about helping people improve their health and wellness through regular Yoga practice.

So often I have heard said ‘I’d love to try Yoga but I feel I don’t have the flexibility, or I do not have the strength and fear I would not be good enough to participate’ I want you to know that you are all of the things you think you are not and it is my aim to show you this through my approach.

I believe that Yoga is about participation, taking time out for yourself, it’s about focusing on your space and not the others around you. I will show you an approach to your practice that will ensure you focus on yourself and your breathing, enabling you to benefit from the inner calm this promotes.

Leave any apprehensions at the door, join me and notice how much more empowered and calm you feel each day.

Have you ever wanted to experience the ‘yogic sleep’ that the practice of Yoga Nidra brings? I am certified as a Master Yoga Nidra Teacher and I am excited to be able to share the magic of this practice with you.
